Quarterly Due Dates

  • 1st Quarter – February 1
  • 2nd Quarter – May 1
  • 3rd Quarter – August 1
  • 4th Quarter – November 1

Payments can be made in person or mailed to the Tax Collector’s Office:

Please note that the Borough has a 10-day grace period for each tax quarter. If payment is received after the grace period, interest reverts back to the due date. Interest is charged on the delinquency at the rate of 8 % on the first $1,500 and 18% for any amount over $1,500.
Any questions regarding the assessment on your property must be directed to the Tax Assessor.


Property Tax Deductions

  • Veterans – A deduction of $250.00 each year is available for qualified veterans of the United States who were honorably discharged and served in active duty during conflicts or wars as per state guidelines. Also, for qualified veterans there is a 100% permanently disabled veteran deduction which grants full tax exemption.
  • Senior Citizens – A deduction of $250.00 each year for qualified persons over age 65 in which the income is $10,000 or less, not including social security.
